Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Assure maximum sales within the assigned region through effective sales activities
- Provide consistency for health club networks by monitoring and maintaining contact
- Provide maximum growth opportunities in conjunction with the company’s Sales and Marketing Strategy
- Create an effective Business Plan highlighting key goals and methods in which to reach them
- Creating written reports to share with the executive team
- Communicating effectively with the clubs delivering on the daily, weekly, monthly operational flows and collaborating with them to ensure maximum sales
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Demonstrates good organisational skills and the ability to manage time and resources effectively
- Works well independently as well as in a team environment
- Is driven and motivated by exceeding sales targets
- Minimum two years General Manager/ Sales/ Business Development experience
- A driver who is prepared to travel in the afore mentioned locations
- Can motivate and influence people selling the company product
