Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Assure maximum sales within the assigned region through effective sales activities
  • Provide consistency for health club networks by monitoring and maintaining contact
  • Provide maximum growth opportunities in conjunction with the company’s Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Create an effective Business Plan highlighting key goals and methods in which to reach them
  • Creating written reports to share with the executive team
  • Communicating effectively with the clubs delivering on the daily, weekly, monthly operational flows and collaborating with them to ensure maximum sales

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrates good organisational skills and the ability to manage time and resources effectively
  • Works well independently as well as in a team environment
  • Is driven and motivated by exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum two years General Manager/ Sales/ Business Development experience
  • A driver who is prepared to travel in the afore mentioned locations
  • Can motivate and influence people selling the company product
