More about the XMP
The XCELERATE Management Programme is bespoke 3-month training programme that is unique to XCELERATE GYMS.
It provides each recruit with an opportunity to work in 3 placements at a new gym – Sales, Reception and Fitness – so they are accustomed to each area of the business and have the time to experience how different gyms operate as we build up their skills, expertise and experience.
During the 3-months our recruits are provided with industry leading training and mentoring to ‘xcelerate’ their development and build on their on the job skills and experiences.
At the end of the 3-months, the XMP recruit will present back their work and findings in their new gym as we start the process of identifying the next steps in their career path with the aim to secure General Manager positions within the network.
