The ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for fitness, health and wellbeing
• Experience working as a general manager
• The ability to lead, influence, motivate and inspire a team, driving a high level of performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Club management experience including:

• Sales-including strong pre-sales experience
• Day to day operations of the club, liaising with all departments
• Meeting and exceeding member expectations, improving retention
• Staff management, training and development
• Marketing
• Working to, and achieving, monthly, quarterly and annual budgets
• Excellent P&L understanding
• Influencing and executing strategies to improve KPIs
