You will be a brand ambassador, promoting and representing the Xcelerate vision and values. We are looking for the crème de la crème, the very best in the business. This exciting new opportunity will be challenging but rewarding and offers many paths to career progression.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Franchisee recruitment
  • Finding new 3rd party partners and avenues for recruiting franchisees, whilst ensuring the cost of recruitment and working with 3rd parties is controlled and not onerous to the business
  • Seek new business and partnerships via sales phone calls, video calls and in-person meetings across the UK and sometimes overseas, including exhibition attendance
  • Ensuring the on-boarding process is up to date and in line with the expectations of the franchise industry and future franchisees
  • Coaching, supporting and ongoing managing of the franchise network
  • Reporting on KPIs from your portfolios such as revenue and growth
  • Ensuring all client data is up to date with key information
  • Achievement of sales KPIs in line with company expectations
  • Attend arranged and self-generated appointments in line with the prospect’s expectations
  • To connect with prospects in a range of external networks and virtual environments
  • Attend all Franchise Exhibitions yearly, as and when they are scheduled, to represent Xcelerate Gyms to the highest standards competing with 100 other franchise businesses to recruit new franchisees
