You will be a brand ambassador, promoting and representing the Xcelerate vision and values. We are looking for the crème de la crème, the very best in the business. This exciting new opportunity will be challenging but rewarding and offers many paths to career progression.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handling a steady stream of incoming franchisee enquires in a timely manner
  • Generate appointments for the sales team and following up prospective franchisees
  • Develop and use CRM practice and tools that capture data effectively and efficiently
  • Generate customer data via the companies CRM system that enables the franchise sales team to recruit new franchisees
  • Connect with prospects in a range of external networks and virtual environments
  • Work as outbound prospector to reach customers in variety of locations and consumer environments
  • Follow a clearly defined prospecting and sales process
  • Keep client data up to date and refreshed
  • Use buyer personas to target and message prospects through phone, email and social media
  • Master social tools, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc. in order to promote the Xcelerate brand
